I confirm that my food truck has the necessary permits, follows proper food handling procedures, and complies with all fire and safety requirements.
I understand that I must carry my own liability insurance and that North Belle Vernon Community Bank Park, event organizers, and affiliates are not responsible for any accidents, damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during the event.
I agree to maintain a clean and safe workspace, properly dispose of waste, and conduct business professionally throughout the festival.
All vendors must provide their own power source (e.g., generator).
