1. Event Registration

• All vendors must complete the official registration form for each event.

• Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after payment is received in full.

• Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.

2. Payment Policies

• Payment must be made by the stated deadline.

• Late payments may result in loss of your space.

• All fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Vendors who cancel or fail to show up for a registered event will not receive a refund.

• Each cancellation or no-show counts as a strike.

• After two strikes, the vendor will no longer be permitted to register for future events hosted by North Belle Vernon Community Bank Park and may also be prohibited from participating in other North Belle Vernon events, as our organizers work closely together.

4. Weather Policy

• All events are rain or shine unless otherwise stated.

• No refunds will be given due to weather-related cancellations made by the vendor.

5. Space & Equipment

• Vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, tents, and any needed equipment unless otherwise arranged.

• All tents must be weighted or secured for safety.

6. Product & Sales Guidelines

• Vendors are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding sales, food safety, and permits.

• Food vendors must provide a copy of their current health department permit if required.

• The sale of counterfeit or illegal goods is strictly prohibited.

7. Clean-Up

• Vendors must remove all trash and leave their space clean.

• Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee or strike against future participation.

8. Liability

• North Belle Vernon Community Bank Park and the Borough of North Belle Vernon are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.

• Vendors must carry their own liability insurance where applicable.
